Welcome to Power Play AI. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency in our data practices. This policy explains how the app handles data, including what information is accessed and how it is used.
No Collection of Personal Data
Power Play AI does not request, capture, or store any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or account credentials). We do not record usage data, location data, or device identifiers. No analytics or tracking frameworks are used.
AI and Prediction Features
All AI-based prediction models within Power Play AI operate entirely on your device. Neural network training, prediction generation, and all mathematical computations are performed locally using Apple's Accelerate framework. No personal data, prediction results, or usage information is ever transmitted to any server.
Data Downloaded by the App
The app downloads the following types of data from external sources to provide its features. In all cases, the app only receives data — it does not send any personal or user-generated data to these sources:
- Lottery Draw Results: Historical and recent lottery draw results are fetched from public government data sources (such as data.ny.gov) and supplementary data providers to display winning numbers and verify past predictions.
- Jackpot Information: Current jackpot amounts are retrieved from publicly available lottery websites to display up-to-date prize information.
- Quantum Random Data (Quantum Model only): The Quantum Model downloads pre-generated quantum random bit data for use as a randomness source in predictions. This data consists solely of random numbers (0s and 1s) generated from quantum physics experiments. No personal data is sent in these requests, and the downloaded random data is cached locally on your device. All prediction processing using this data happens entirely on your device.
No Data Sharing
Power Play AI does not share any data with third parties. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No user data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.
On-Device Processing
All prediction models — including the Base Model, Enhanced Model, Random Balanced Model, and Quantum Model — perform their computations entirely on your device. The Quantum Model downloads pre-generated random data to your device and then processes it locally; no prediction logic runs on any external server.
Children's Privacy
Since we do not collect any personal data, Power Play AI is suitable for users of all ages. However, parental or guardian supervision is recommended for younger users.
Data Security
The app is designed so that no user data is stored on or transmitted to remote servers, minimizing the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access. All predictions and app data remain on your device.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever modify our practices (for example, by adding optional features that involve data collection), we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users within the app.
